Day 1:
Look at yourself in the mirror and smile. Say ‘I accept myself three times.’
Day 2:
Hug yourself tightly and say ‘I love myself and I appreciate myself’. Do it multiple times today.
Day 3:
Come what may – today, pat yourself on the back and say ‘I can do it’ for every task/challenge that comes your way. Believe you can do it.
Day 4:
Write a handwritten note to your loved one/partner stating at least three reasons why you love them.
Day 5:
Today promise yourself to take care of yourself, come what may. You are your first priority.
Day 6:
What is your best feature? Or a quality that you like about yourself? Give yourself a compliment today. You deserve it!
